Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process sales orders and purchase orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate internally between sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales documentation, including amortization reports.
  • Build and maintain strong communication channels with clients and internal departments.
  • Provide support to the sales team for client follow-ups, quotations, and project updates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in the print and packaging industry.
  • Familiar with sales order and purchase order processes.
  • Understanding of amortization in the context of packaging or sales operations is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
