Description:

Elite Solutions CPA is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between departments and clients. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Karachi, with a work structure that’s primarily on-site.

As a Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to organize sales activities, support client interactions, maintain sales records, and streamline internal communication. You'll act as the backbone of the sales department, ensuring the team stays efficient and focused on results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the sales team with daily operations, proposals, and client follow-ups

  • Preparing presentations, sales reports, and internal documentation

  • Managing schedules, meetings, and communication between internal departments

  • Maintaining CRM systems and tracking client interactions

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM software is a plus

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
