Far Eastern Impex Private Limited is seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication between sales team members and other departments.

The role demands strong presentation and communication skills, alongside technical proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage, enhancing the efficiency of sales operations and reporting.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes by tracking and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and facilitating internal communication to support sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports to assist sales strategy and decision-making

  • Coordinate communication between sales team and other departments

  • Prepare presentations and sales documents with clarity and precision

  • Maintain sales records and update databases efficiently

  • Utilize MS Excel extensively for data handling and reporting

  • Support implementation and use of ERP systems for sales management (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent (BS)

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in analyzing sales data

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel

  • Experience or familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
