• M/s Mushko Printing (Private) Limited, is having a position of Sales Coordinator, preferably a graduate in Science/ Commerce with two years working experience. The ideal candidates should have exposure in using the software, viz. SAP, ERP, etc., familiar with I.T. products and procurement process and should be well conversant with Excel.
   

Description
 

• Upon receiving the request of the customers through the sales dept., to contact the prospective vendors/ suppliers for having the quotations and prepare the comparative statement for them.
• To prepare and pass on the sale quotations to the related customers and to follow up them with coordination of the sales department.
• To receive Purchase Order (PO) for the good in question from the respective customers and preparation of sale orders with approval of Head of Finance & Accounts.
• To coordinate with the accounts department for raising the pertinent invoices.
• In case the customers of other cities, to ensure and confirm that they received the delivery of the goods on time and in order.
• Collaborate with team member and other department to achieve better sales results.
• Retaining and adding new customers.
• Participation in RFQs Tenders and Proposal and provide feedback or results.
• Any other tasks aligned by the line manager.
