Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

· Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.

· Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

· Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory, and customer interactions in the company's database.

· Develop quotations for both profiles and door customers.

· Manage daily stock sheet for stock availability and stock confirmations.

· Coordinate with local drivers and clients fleets to ensure smooth and timely stock delivery.

· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the timely delivery of products or services.

· Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures.

· Others assigned duties by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
