As part of our growth strategy, HOME INN is now entering the retail sector by launching dedicated retail outlets for a renowned mattress brand. Through these outlets, we aim to provide complete sleep solutions, offering premium mattresses, pillows, and related sleep products designed to enhance comfort, health, and overall well-being.

To support this expansion, we are currently hiring Sales Consultants for our retail outlets in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Customer engagement from the initial welcome through successful sales closure.

Handle customer inquiries and basic concerns professionally, and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager when required.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.

Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, promotions, warranty terms, and new arrivals.

Accurately process all sales transactions through the POS system in accordance with company procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer inquiries, and follow-up activities.

Ensure showroom cleanliness, proper product display standards, and full compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain updated inventory reports to confirm product availability and stock status.

Perform daily closing procedures and submit required reports to management, including the Daily Sales Report and Inventory Status Report.

Requirements

Minimum education: Graduation from a recognized university.

Strong communication skills and well-spoken personality.

Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
