Description:
To generate sales and client conversions for immigration and study visa services (e.g. Canada, USA, Europe etc.) by contacting leads, qualifying candidates, conducting consultations and guiding them through the immigration application process. The consultant is responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
· Contact prospective clients via phone, email, Whats App or in-person (leads provided and self-
generated).
· Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
· Identify potential clients through referrals, networking or digital platforms (if applicable).
2. Qualification & Initial Screening
· Assess client eligibility for immigration programs such as Skilled Worker, Business Immigration and
Student Visas etc.
· Ask relevant questions to understand the client’s background, experience, financials and goals.
· Match the client to suitable immigration pathways and explain benefits, timelines and processes.
3. Sales & Consultation
· Provide professional, ethical consultation to clients regarding immigration options.
· Persuasively communicate the value of immigration services and encourage sign-ups.
· Schedule and conduct in-depth one-on-one consultations with walk-ins or appointments.
· Address objections and concerns confidently and effectively.
4. Documentation & Coordination
· Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth documentation and application process
after closing the sale.
· Guide clients on document requirements, timelines and steps involved post-sale.
· Maintain proper documentation of all client communications and interactions.
5. Target Achievement & Reporting
· Work under monthly and quarterly sales targets (number of conversions, revenue goals).
· Report daily, weekly, and monthly activity to the CEO (calls made, follow-ups, consultations,
conversions).
· Ensure high conversion rates from leads to paid clients.
6. Relationship Management & Customer Service
· Maintain strong relationships with clients even after conversion to encourage referrals and repeat
business.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and build the company’s reputation.
· Handle client queries, issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Competencies Required:
· Handle high-quality or complex leads

· Monitor and supervise CSRs
· Collect CSR daily reports
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu)
· Understanding of international immigration programs (Canada, Europe, etc.)
· Result-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets
· Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM, WhatsApp, Google Docs and MS Office
Education & Experience:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or relevant field
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration or education consultancy
