Sales Consultant

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Consultant with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, outreach automation, and sales CRM tools. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in tools like Seamless.AI, NeverBounce/ZeroBounce, Instantly.ai, Zapier, and Pipedrive/Close.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone with a strong sales/business development background who enjoys setting up systems, managing campaigns, and generating quality leads.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Find & extract leads using Seamless.AI and export them to CSV
• Clean lead lists using NeverBounce or ZeroBounce
• Import leads into Instantly.ai, set up 3–5 inboxes, and handle domain warm-up
• Create and manage cold email campaign sequences (2–4 touchpoints spaced 3–5 days apart)
• Monitor outreach performance and sync hot leads into Pipedrive or Close CRM
• Use Zapier to automate workflows (e.g., replies trigger CRM tasks or Slack alerts)
• Optimize processes to improve open/reply rates and lead conversion

🎯 Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
• Strong understanding of cold email strategies and tools
• Hands-on experience with Seamless.AI, Instantly.ai, CRM systems (Pipedrive/Close), Zapier, and email verification tools
• Excellent written communication and campaign strategy skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a part-time setup
