Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
• Developing and executing plans with customers, ensuring adherence to their requirements.
• Visiting your customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity.
• Developing strong customer engagement through a collaborative approach.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market characteristics through various reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
