Sales Communicate Intern

Description:

Eurasia Trading Co., a prominent importer of raw materials driving the success of manufacturing industries, is seeking a Sales and Inventory (Marketing) Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in client engagement, sales operations, and inventory management. Interns will have the opportunity to interact with local clients and buyers, assist with sales activities, and gain practical exposure to the import-export industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local clients and buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

• Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in managing leads, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with buyers.

• Office Visits: Travel to client offices as needed to strengthen relationships and better understand client requirements.

• Inventory Coordination: Assist in monitoring stock levels and aligning inventory with client demands.

• Market Research: Conduct research on market needs, client preferences, and emerging trends in the raw materials sector.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory status.

• Team Collaboration: Work with Procurement and Finance teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic office tools.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, if necessary.

• Previous experience in sales, client management, or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
