Sales Coach

Description:

ConnAct is seeking a Sales Coach to join its Karachi-based team for a night shift, full-time onsite role. This position is critical in building and nurturing a high-performance sales team by implementing structured sales coaching programs, strategic enablement initiatives, and motivating sales professionals to reach and exceed their potential.

As a Sales Coach, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales training, including onboarding, behavioral coaching, KPI-based performance monitoring, and fostering a performance-driven culture. Your mission will be to develop scalable sales processes, enhance skillsets through simulation drills and real-time feedback, and instill a mindset of continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute training modules on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing strategies

• Conduct weekly simulation drills and provide constructive feedback

• Lead onboarding programs, CRM/product training, and structured ramp-up processes based on KPIs

• Analyze individual and team sales metrics to implement timely coaching interventions

• Create scalable learning content including sales playbooks, SOPs, and microlearning assets

• Promote motivation, collaboration, and a high-performance team culture

• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make strategic improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or coaching roles

• Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C sales environments

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and motivational leadership skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and other productivity tools

• Familiarity with leading sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler, or MEDDIC

• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to coaching

• Experience with LMS or e-learning platforms is a plus
