F. Link is a steadily growing US-based Logistics company. We are looking for a skilled, confident, and result-driven Sales Closer who can also handle sales strategy development and basic social media management to help generate consistent sales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone serious about growth.
Position Overview
✔ Close deals with US carriers/owner-operators
✔ Build and execute strong sales strategies
✔ Handle social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
✔ Support lead generation through online platforms
✔ Improve and optimize our sales funnel
✔ Follow-up consistently and convert leads
This is NOT a basic sales job — you will play a key role in shaping our sales direction.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales closing
✔ Strong understanding of sales strategy, funnels, and objection handling
✔ Excellent English communication with a USA-style accent
✔ Confidence in dealing with US clients
✔ Experience with CRM tools, follow-up systems, and pipelines
✔ Social media management skills (page handling, posting, engagement, lead outreach)
✔ High-level computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets, automation tools, email systems, online platforms)
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
✔ Ability to work with Teams.
✔ Target-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
✔ Must be punctual and committed to long-term growth
Responsibilities:
