Sales Closer Business Development

 

Description:

The Sales Closer will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and confidence in handling potential clients. The candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing sales calls and follow-ups professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential leads provided by the Business Development team.
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to explain company services.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate service solutions.
  • Follow up regularly with interested clients to close deals.
  • Maintain records of conversations, follow-ups, and finalized deals.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive client relationship.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or business development, preferably in an IT company.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 10 to 15 years experience
  • Experience in sales or business development.
