Sales Closer

 

Description:

We are seeking a Sales Closer to convert pre-qualified leads into successful sales. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development team to close deals, follow up on prospects, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close Qualified Leads: Convert pre-qualified leads generated by the outreach team (SDRs) into sales.

  • Conduct Sales Calls & Product Demos: Engage with potential clients through calls, product demos, and follow-ups to drive conversions.

  • Build Rapport: Develop strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.

  • Tailored Solutions: Present tailored solutions from our service offerings to address client needs.

  • Meet Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless onboarding and project handover.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales closing or B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the international market.

  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and convert them into opportunities.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
