Elementrix Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Closer to join our B2B digital marketing campaign. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling warm transfers from Sales Agents and closing deals with potential clients. This role requires strong negotiation skills, confidence, and a results-driven approach to converting qualified leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls transferred by Sales Agents and engage with potential clients.

• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Negotiate pricing and contracts to effectively close deals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.

• Professionally handle objections and turn hesitations into sales.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer in a B2B sales environment.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a confident, results-driven mindset.

• Experience in digital marketing sales is a plus.

• Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.

• Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM) in Gulberg, Lahore.
