🔹 What You'll Do
Convert qualified leads (inbound & outbound) into paying clients
Run sales calls/meetings with U.S.-based customers
Understand client needs & pitch the right construction estimation solutions
Negotiate pricing & contracts to close deals
Manage pipeline, follow-ups & CRM reporting
Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets

🔹 What We're Looking For
2–3+ years as a Sales Closer/Sales Executive (BPO, construction, or U.S. campaign experience is a big plus)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong negotiation & objection-handling
Comfortable working U.S. time zone hours
CRM experience & a target-oriented mindset

📍 Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) | Mon–Fri | Weekends Off Work Setup: On-site
