🚀 We're Hiring – Sales Closer (2–3 Years Experience)
Are you a confident communicator with a proven ability to close deals? Nextop Tech is looking for a results-driven Sales Closer who can turn qualified leads into long-term clients and drive business growth.
🎯 Responsibilities
Close inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and present the right solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate confidently.
Follow up with prospects and close high-value deals.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
✅ Requirements
-2–3 Years of Experience as a Sales Closer, Business Development Executive, or Account Executive.
-Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven track record of closing B2B sales.
-Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
-Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
-Prior experience in selling digital or IT services is preferred.
