Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closer role based in Lahore. The Sales Closer will manage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to achieve successful deal closure. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, addressing objections, negotiating terms within set guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff after the sale. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up consistently with prospects, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Closer will collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support overall revenue growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a professional client experience.
  • Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the payment processes, ensuring secure and compliant deal completion.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-up, and timely reporting in CRM tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or agency sales is required. (2 years*)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
