Description:
Design Centric is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads provided by our lead generation team into successful deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design and web development industry and possess strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales over calls.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Take ownership of qualified leads provided by the lead generation team and convert them into confirmed sales.
- Conduct persuasive sales calls to potential clients, presenting solutions and addressing queries effectively.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements to close deals successfully.
- Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the lead generation and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of leads.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs in the design and web development sectors.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in all client interactions.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the design, web, or technology services industry.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills; comfortable closing deals over calls.
- Understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
