Sales Closer

We’re hiring a Sales Closer to handle qualified demo meetings booked by our appointment setters. The role involves presenting our services, handling objections, closing deals, and ensuring smooth post-sale coordination with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct demo meetings with qualified leads and close deals.
• Understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
• Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and payment links to clients.
• Handle objections and secure closures within the same call whenever possible.
• Update lead status and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
• Share daily updates and call recordings via Work management tools and email.
• Follow all internal SOPs for sales, documentation, and communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer (preferably in Medical billing or similar BPO services)
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
