MOZACK, a prominent company specializing in Web and App Design and Development, is actively seeking a motivated Sales Closer to join their onsite team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role demands a professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive sales approach to help the company expand its client base and meet ambitious sales goals.

As a Sales Closer at MOZACK, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s services, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closure. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of sales experience, especially in the technology or web services sector, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills in English. Experience with organic lead generation is essential. The position requires working onsite during US hours (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), making it suitable for candidates comfortable with night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote MOZACK’s web design and development services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Generate and manage leads through proactive outreach.

• Meet monthly sales targets ranging between $5000 and $7000.

• Support contract negotiations and effectively close deals.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

• Work independently while maintaining teamwork dynamics.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the tech or web development industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

• Experience in organic lead generation techniques.

• Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work onsite in North Nazimabad, Karachi.

• Comfortable working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US hours).
