Sales Closer

Description:

As a Sales Closer at Codesteem, you will be responsible for following up on warm leads, pitching our IT solutions, and closing deals. You’ll primarily engage with clients over phone or Zoom and work to meet monthly sales targets to earn attractive commissions and bonuses. This is a full-time onsite position in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on warm leads (no cold calling required).

Pitch and close sales deals via phone or Zoom meetings.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Ensure smooth and successful onboarding of new clients.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales closing.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Call center experience is a plus.

Highly driven, confident, and goal-oriented.
