We are looking for dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the solar inverter sector. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Focus on key inverter customers (importers, distributors, installers).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting visits, identifying opportunities, and developing customer needs to achieve sales targets.
- Study and analyze the market landscape in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and surrounding areas, including competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market needs.
- Provide end-to-end customer service, including pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Conduct sales performance, customer, product, and competitor analyses, and share market insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and after-sales.
📊 Reporting & Meetings
- Submit daily work reports.
- Attend a weekly online meeting.
- Attend a monthly in-person meeting in Islamabad.
- Complete required forms and cooperate with management as needed.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of sales experience in renewable energy, solar, or electrical equipment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client portfolios.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
