Description:
We're looking for motivated, results-driven Sales & Business Development Reps to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development through proactive outreach and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will gain valuable experience in sales processes while contributing to our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects and target companies
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to generate qualified meetings
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between prospects and senior sales team members
- Manage and update prospect information in the CRM database
- Coordinate calendars and logistics for client meetings and demonstrations
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment setting targets
- Track and report on outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and rejection handling
