What you'll do

  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, calls, referrals)
  • Handle and convert inbound leads into paying clients
  • Pitch marketing and automation services
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline and lead tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience selling services (digital marketing, IT, agency, or SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confidence in client communication and objection handling
