Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients through outbound channels to generate leads and close deals.
Build strong customer relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets through structured sales techniques.
Participate in daily mentorship and training sessions to enhance skills.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client engagement using internal systems.
Represent the company’s values of integrity, growth, and innovation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if you have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Must be ambitious, coachable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in fixed night shift hours with full attendance commitment.
Previous sales or BPO experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
Shift Timing:
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
No overtime. Weekends off.
