We are looking for a confident, communication-focused Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, and client management.

Responsibilities include:

• Calling and nurturing leads provided by the Lead Generation team

• Understanding client requirements

• Building relationships with prospects

• Qualifying leads and forwarding them to the Closers team

Requirements:

• Strong English communication & sales pitch

• Cold calling and objection-handling skills

• Experience dealing with international clients preferred

• CRM and follow-up management understanding
