Sales Business Development

Description:

We’re looking for a Business Development + Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly in the service-based industry (not real estate). You’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the local Pakistani market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored business or financial solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for closing deals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B, service-based industry only).
• Strong understanding of Pakistani business market and client behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
