Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Outbound marketing campaign creation and management.
  • Liaison with marketing and engineering teams to have sync with BD activities over all for the group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize CRM and email marketing tools to track leads and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Adapt to rotating shifts to support a global client base.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT software and consulting industry.
  • 1-2 Years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing tools (Hubspot, Instantly etc)
  • Exceptional verbal and written creative skills (non-AI generated).
  • Ability to write technical sales pitches, emails and supporting collateral to drive outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts.
