Description:
At Conatural Beauty, we’re looking for someone exceptional to take ownership of sales integrity across the business. This is not a traditional audit role. We want someone who thinks like an operator, someone who can challenge numbers, question systems, and protect revenue at scale. You will work directly with the CEO and have full visibility across distributors, retail, and key accounts.
What You’ll Own
• End-to-end reconciliation of all sales channels (distributors, retail, key accounts)
• Identification of leakages, misreporting, and commercial inefficiencies
• Deep dives into sell-in vs. sell-out gaps
• On-ground validation through distributor visits and market audits
• Full audits of key accounts, trade schemes, discounts, and returns
• Building robust audit systems, controls, and SOPs from the ground up
What We’re Really Looking For
• 3–6 years experience in FMCG, distribution-heavy businesses, or audit/finance roles
• Someone who doesn’t just “check numbers” but questions them relentlessly
• Strong Excel + ability to translate data into commercial insight
• Confident enough to sit across distributors and challenge inconsistencies
• High ownership, high accountability, zero tolerance for sloppy reporting
