This is a critical role for someone who loves structure, CRM data integrity, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance performance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✔ Audit and validate sales activities, SQLs, opportunities, and closed deals in HubSpot CRM
✔ Maintain accurate opportunity stages and calibration across the Sales team
✔ Build and manage custom dashboards for leadership visibility
✔ Develop and run customized reports for various verticals
✔ Conduct weekly check-ins with the sales team to review opportunity progress
✔ Train team members on HubSpot tools and best practices
✔ Identify discrepancies and improvement areas within the sales cycle
✔ Support leadership with insights that drive performance and accountability
🎯 Role Requirements
⭐ Must be HubSpot Certified
⭐ Fluent in written and spoken English
⭐ Strong analytical, reporting, and CRM auditing skills
⭐ Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
