Description:
As a Sales Associate - Client Services, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–60 cold calls per day to prospective clients.
- Set up qualified appointments and schedule them directly.
- Provide detailed call notes, including identified bottlenecks and potential areas of opportunity
- Reach out to ICPs, primarily targeting decision-makers and key influencers
- Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in high-volume cold calling within a fast-paced environment
- Background in a B2B sales model
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: A 4-Year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
