Sales Assistant

 

Description:

The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales executives in the pursuit and maintenance of client relationships and revenue growth. This remote role requires a proactive and organized professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in the development and nurturing of leads, follow-up communications, preparation and sending of contracts, and maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date client records.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales executives to identify and develop new client relationships within the digital media
space.

Assist with the lead generation process by identifying potential clients and initiating first contact.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage in follow-up communications to
ensure closure.

Support the sales team in creating and distributing sales materials and presentations.
Prepare, send out, and track status of contracts and proposals.
Organize and update sales and client records in the company CRM to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate client requirements such as meetings, proposals, and
any necessary communication.

Act as a liaison between sales executives and clients to ensure timely response to queries and concerns.
Assist in developing sales strategies and establishing targets.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including scheduling appointments, preparing
reports, and managing correspondence.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve upon sales techniques and
learn about new products/services.

Provide feedback to management on sales process and product improvements.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a sales/customer service role.

Familiarity with the digital media landscape, including social media, content marketing, and online

advertising.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite; familiarity with other sales platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
