Are you a high-energy, results-driven sales professional who thrives on the field and loves closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Executive to drive our expansion strategy. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the ground, identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate clients, elite educational institutes (O/A Level cafeterias), gyms, and the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes) sector.

Key Responsibilities

Aggressive Field Execution: Conduct daily field visits to corporates, cafeterias, hotels, restaurants, gyms, and institutional clients within assigned territories.

Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and acquire new B2B accounts, building a robust sales pipeline from scratch.

B2B Pitching & Negotiation: Present tailored solutions to key decision-makers, including HR, Administration, Procurement Heads, and Business Owners.

Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage pricing, custom proposals, and order execution to ensure a flawless onboarding experience for new clients.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition, revenue, and relationship-building targets.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales (FMCG, institutional sales, or corporate corporate accounts experience is a major plus).

Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the confidence to pitch to C-level executives and business owners.

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle for daily field visits.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success will be measured by:

Number of new corporate and HORECA/cafeteria accounts acquired.

Monthly revenue generated from newly onboarded clients.

Consistency in weekly field visits and meeting-to-deal conversion rates.

Successful account activation within the first order cycle.
