Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Way2Weigh located in Karachi Division. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Way2Weigh products and services to customers, providing customer service, conducting training, managing sales team, coordinating strategies for sales and marketing department from scratch till final closing of deal.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience in sales and training ( 1- 2 years )
• Ability to manage sales team and develop sales strategies
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the weighing or similar industry is a plus
