We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Lahore. The role involves daily tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategiesxc, reaching out to potential and existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, it includes coordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in marketing/ sales.

· Experience in sales and marketing of flour, particularly whole wheat flour, is a plus.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends in the agricultural sector and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the sales & marketing of our agricultural products, including wheat, maize, cotton, and derived items like whole wheat flour
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Identify and establish contacts with potential buyers, distributors, and partners to facilitate the efficient disposal and distribution of our produce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with production goals and market demands.
