Description:
- Selling project property units, paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.
- Responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns), renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed.

- Review and optimize Digital - Facebook and Google campaigns
Campaign Planning:
- Share marketing plans, tasks and deadlines every month including media buying, branding,
Development Updates:
- Execute and maintain construction updates, images, videos and site branding/management
Marketing and Sales Analysis
- Spend Analysis on marketing mediums, leads generated, conversions, sold inventory etc. Share summary and marketing insights
- Creates graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software
