Flaxtasks is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Representative in Lahore (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM). You’ll be at the forefront of our outreach — generating leads, managing CRM pipelines, running LinkedIn/email campaigns, and promoting our IT & automation services across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation via cold outreach, email, and LinkedIn
• Pitch tailored IT & automation solutions
• Manage CRM and sales pipeline
• Create and monitor marketing content
• Support campaign and proposal development
• Close deals and report weekly progress

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Familiar with LinkedIn/email tools & digital marketing
• Strong organization and follow-up habits
• B2B sales/marketing experience preferred
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business (preferred)
