Description:

Medivo is searching for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. In this role, you will drive both sales and business development efforts, playing a key part in expanding Medivo's client base and ensuring long-term partnerships. You will represent Medivo’s comprehensive RCM offerings, including medical billing, medical coding, credentialing, scribing, patient help desk, and digital marketing services, while identifying new opportunities for growth in the healthcare industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively pursue sales leads, conduct client outreach, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development Strategy: Identify and explore new opportunities to expand Medivo’s market presence within the healthcare sector.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to secure lasting partnerships.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing Medivo's value proposition.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales and business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Medivo's RCM services to clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare progress reports, and present insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within healthcare, RCM, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and revenue cycle management processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
