Verso is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive to drive growth across our comprehensive service portfolio, which includes software solutions, design and animation, marketing strategies, and AI/ML services. This dual-role position requires a motivated professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving sales while contributing to the strategic expansion of Verso’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Acquisition: Generate new leads, actively pursue sales opportunities, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities and expand Verso’s client base across diverse industries.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Verso’s services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, software, and AI/ML experts, to align solutions with client needs.
- Performance Reporting: Track sales progress, provide regular reports, and recommend actionable strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in multimedia, marketing, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop client relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with multimedia solutions, marketing strategies, or technology trends is an advantage.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.
