Description:
Logix Solutions is looking for a Sales and Application Engineer- Electrical, for one of their
valued clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering/fire protection solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Hands-on experience with Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, and other industrial electrical products.
- Sound knowledge of NFPA standards and local regulatory authority requirements.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and system designs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable electrical and fire safety solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and system designs.
- Provide application engineering support to the sales and project execution teams.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with clients, consultants, and design teams to develop customized solutions.
- Support bidding and tendering processes and participate in technical discussions.
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure proper execution of proposed
- systems.
- Track project progress and assist in resolving site-specific technical issues.
- Ensure all proposed systems comply with NFPA standards, local regulations, and relevant authority requirements.
- Clearly explain technical concepts and product solutions to engineers, consultants, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Accuracy and quality of technical proposals and system designs.
- Timely support for sales and project teams.
- Compliance with NFPA standards and regulatory authority requirements.
- Successful handling of multiple projects within deadlines.
