What You’ll Do:

- Connect with clients to understand debt situations & offer tailored solutions

- Handle inbound, converting leads into enrolled clients (Inbound Sales)

- Present program details clearly while ensuring compliance

- Log activities & maintain records in CRM

- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with team & management to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1-2 years of Debt Validation/Debt Settlement sales experience (A Plus!)

- Strong US accent & excellent communication skills (A Must!)

- Proven ability to handle objections & close deals

- Self-motivated & target-driven mindset
