IMARAT is looking for a Sales Advisor – Mortgage Team to join our team in Islamabad.

📍 Location: Islamabad
🏢 Department: Mortgage Team
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday

What will you be doing?

• Generate and follow up on mortgage and financing leads
• Understand clients’ financial and property requirements
• Guide prospective clients on mortgage products, financing options, eligibility, and documentation
• Convert qualified leads into successful applications and sales
• Stay connected with clients throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, clients, and internal teams for smooth processing
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, applications, and sales pipeline
• Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a good customer experience
• Stay updated on mortgage products, market trends, interest rates, and financing policies
• Handle client information and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality

What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
💬 Good communication and client-handling skills
📈 A proactive approach towards sales, follow-ups, and achieving targets
🤝 Someone who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships
