Description:
Hashlogics is looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive sales and handle the complete sales cycle for IT and SaaS solutions. The role involves:
Lead Handling & Meetings: Take qualified leads and conduct discovery meetings primarily over Zoom or Google Meet.
Client Communication: Effectively communicate with international clients in fluent and professional English.
Solution Positioning: Understand client needs, pain points, and position Hashlogics' solutions accordingly.
Collaboration with Teams: Work with technical and pre-sales teams to craft tailored proposals.
Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final contract.
CRM Maintenance: Keep accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Not specified
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English.
Proven ability to close deals over video/voice calls.
Strong understanding of technology-driven services and custom solutions.
Confident, persuasive, and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
Familiarity with software development cycles, AI-based solutions, or no-code platforms.
