Description:
This is a full-time Remote role for an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller (SDR) based in Lahore, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The responsibilities include proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, scheduling appointments, generating leads, managing communication, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and ensure a consistent and results-driven approach to client engagement.
This role offers a base salary upon successful target completion, along with additional commission, per closed deal, perfect for someone who wants high income potential based on performance.
✨ What You Will Do
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, SMS, and other outreach platforms using automated workflows.
Make 200+ cold calls daily to connect with potential clients.
Nurture and qualify leads, setting appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in CRM.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies.
