Description:
As a Sales and Recovery Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and expanding our client base. This role blends sales strategy with recovery efficiency, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a results-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business clients.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, collections, and client interactions.
Coordinate with finance and operations for smooth order and recovery processes.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and recovery targets set by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, recovery, or client servicing (industrial sales is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong command over MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to handle field recovery visits when needed.
Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Experience:
Understanding of the recycling or metals industry is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
