Job Description:
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth implementation process, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, software deployment, or client delivery management.
✔️ Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription systems, and cloud platforms.
✔️ Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or CRM systems.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
✔️ Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and system configurations is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
▶️ Prior experience in HRTech, FinTech, or ERP software implementation.
▶️ Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
▶️ Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation process of SaaS-based solutions for new clients.
▶️ Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with business goals.
▶️ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Support) to ensure successful delivery.
▶️ Conduct client onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
▶️ Monitor project performance and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.
▶️ Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and handover materials for ongoing support.
▶️ Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
▶️ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.
▶️ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to recommend feature enhancements based on client feedback.
