🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performant backend components using Rust.

• Build cross-platform mobile interfaces using Flutter (Dart).

• Integrate backend services with mobile applications through secure APIs.

• Write clean, modular, and testable code.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers remotely.

• Ensure security best practices, especially in data handling and network communication.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Rust, preferably in production environments.

• Solid understanding of Rust’s ownership model, concurrency, and async programming.

• 1+ year of experience with Flutter (Dart) building iOS and Android apps.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend/frontend integration.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and remote collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, Trello).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on deadlines.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
