Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance systems in Rust.
• Work on reinforcement learning and human feedback mechanisms in AI/ML projects.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage version control with Git.
• Analyze and optimize RLHF tasks.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of Rust development experience.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Git (3+ years).
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and user feedback systems is a plus.
