At EvolversTech, we’re looking for a Ruby on Rails (ROR) Team Lead to guide our developers, shape high-performing systems, and drive innovation every day.

If you’re a natural leader with strong technical expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies — we’d love to have you on board!

✨ What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor ROR developers
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions
Code, debug, and optimize key projects
Collaborate with Design, QA & DevOps teams
Drive process improvements with CI/CD and Agile methods

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of development experience (2+ years in a lead role)
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Familiar with React/Vue/Angular, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and REST APIs
Bonus if you know Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
Excellent communication & leadership skills
